Short stature person present special demand while undergoing TKR surgeries, especially due to the reduced bone size proper planning has to be done for the sucess of such cases . Proper estimation of required size has to be done for maximum bone conservation. Availability of proper size of implants prior measurements of the probable size that would be required are procured before starting the surgery.
